Terms of Service

By using AppTide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, API, or MCP integrations. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

AppTide provides app store optimization data, generated analysis, and workflow tools. Outputs may include estimates, heuristic recommendations, or model-assisted summaries. You are responsible for validating production decisions made from this output.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. The advertised $9.99 plan is intended for typical indie usage, not for unrestricted bulk extraction. We may rate limit, queue heavy tasks, or require an upgraded plan when usage materially exceeds fair-use assumptions.

You may use the API and MCP server only in accordance with published authentication, rate, and usage rules. You may not attempt to bypass limits, scrape another customer’s data, or interfere with platform availability.

You retain rights to the data you submit to AppTide. We retain rights in the software and service design. Generated outputs are provided under your subscription for internal use, subject to any plan-specific limits or attribution requirements described in the product.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta endpoints and MCP tools. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes, but the service is provided on an evolving basis.
